Why We created This Meditation Series?

Coming out our biggest RWC team event at the Trinidad & Tobago Mental Health Conference, we wanted to provide a service to further support our Caribbean community. As it our practice, after any team event we pride ourselves in getting into action and seeing how we can both grow, connect and serve. Our team member Jabari John connected us with Proden Studios' Aaron Marquez and the rest is history. We used this opportunity to create this Caribbean Men Meditation series. The results were remarkable. We bonded, we laughed, we worked and not we have this series to share with you.

effective stress reliever.

For thousands of years people have resorted to meditation

as it has been known to calm the mind, body and soul.

Improves Immunity

In our body, cells communicate especially when something goes awry. When we are sick or stressed cells need to know how to recoup and signaling molecules like cytokines to send messages that elicit the right help. For example some cytokines may recruit immune cells, or help to produce inflammation depending on what the body needs. When you meditate the production of certain cytokines is reduced helping the immunity process.
