I discovered through the Mental Clarity Program how to reduce my racing thoughts and anxiousness. Through the way the program is structured and how we learn about systems and the different types of rest, I was able to release. Dr. Jay discuss things that you don't ever think about such as detoxing from social media and minimizing doom scrolling so that you can stop procrastinating.
