As a result, life just starts to flow effortlessly and the work needed to consistently put oneself back in a clear space just comes naturally. It amazed me that what I thought would be a great challenge all year became a normal part of life. A quality life.
The work doesn't just end but it's so instilled in us that it's only up from here! I never thought I would be able to commit to a full year, so I was a bit hesitant. However, I made it. We all made it and I'm proud of us all. We have all come a long way. You never know unless you try and if you really want a change, what is there to lose? I lost nothing except what wasn't for me. I've gained so much though.

My experience with my 2025 Clarity program was an unexpected addition to my life that has given me so much perspective, so much guidance and all in all fulfillment. I discovered through the Mental Clarity Program how to reduce my racing thoughts and anxiousness. Through the way the program is structured and how we learn about systems and the different types of rest, I was able to release. Dr. Jay discuss things that you don't ever think about such as detoxing from social media and minimizing doom scrolling so that you can stop procrastinating. Those different practices I learned have added to me in a tremendous way and I'm really grateful.
Additionally, the structure the program has help me to develop in my life, has allowed me to plant a lot of seeds and to develop healthy practices such as being open to new connections. I would have made new friendships that have sowed into my goals such as homeownership that I can watch blossom in 2026. Something that was also very important to me and my growth was the selfcare components. I began implementing some very healthy practices that have shown me that pouring into myself can help me pour into those around me that I love. This program supported me in minimizing the anxiety and fatigued I would have been experiencing.

The Mastermind group was a game changer for me this year. It gave me the structure I needed to start chipping away at my goals and for the first time I truly felt like I had a game plan to actually achieve the things I set out to do.
What I really appreciated was the constant support and accountability...It was never just about sharing vague hopes and dreams, but really analyzing what I want to accomplish and breaking It down into actionable steps to make It happen 'for real'.
If I could sum It up in one word....'execution'. Jay's Mastermind is about executing the little steps that set you up for achieving, and aligning with, the big goals.
